| I don’t train MMA. Will these programs still work for me? | |||
| Yes! Both programs can and will help you. Whether you’re an athlete in training, a seasoned veteran of the Octagon like 5-time champion Randy “The Natural” Couture, or you are just wanting to get in shape and build that body you always wanted you will benefit from our programs. Our “At-Home” program is geared towards general fitness, building strength and energy, and toning your body. Our “Athletic Performance” is geared towards building speed strength, explosiveness, and muscle endurance which will help any athlete reach the top of their game. | |||
| How long do the workouts last? | |||
| The “Athletic Performance” workouts generally last around 45 minutes. The “At-Home” workouts will generally last 30 – 40 minutes. These times can vary depending on the pace that you decide is right for you. There is no right or wrong number. Go at your own speed and watch yourself transform! | |||
| Will my workouts change often? | |||
| Yes! Every week you will receive a new workout plan that is broken down into 3 daily workouts, all different from the last. With these custom workouts you will be provided a printable workout sheet to easily chart your progress and make taking your workouts on the go that much easier. You will be provided with step by step instructional videos for every exercise in the program. These videos can be downloaded to your Iphone or Ipod so you can take them to the gym or you can watch them online from the comfort of your living room while you complete your at-home workout. | |||
| Is a Swiss Ball and Resistance Band absolutely needed for my At-Home program? | |||
| Yes. You could always substitute similar exercises to replace these but you will not be getting the most from the programs because many of the exercises are designed with these items in mind. Both items are inexpensive to order or can be picked up at most sporting goods store. | |||
| Are these programs the same workouts that are used by Randy Couture and the other top level MMA fighters at Xtreme Couture. | |||
| Yes! The “Athletic Performance” program is the same workouts used by Xtreme Couture fighters when they are in the strength phase of their pre-fight training. These workouts increase overall strength, explosiveness and muscular endurance which will benefit an athlete of any sport. Our “At-Home” program adopts many of these techniques and applies them to general fitness workouts that can be done by non-athletes of any age or skill level to help get you in shape and increase energy. | |||
| I already have a gym membership and know how to workout. Is this program worth the money to me? | |||
| Absolutely. The workout programs that Jake designs can benefit anyone of any skill level. You will be getting custom workouts every week that pull from our extensive video library to give you a different workout every time you go to the gym or workout at home. Not only will these programs tell you what exercises you need to be doing, but will provide video aids to show you exactly how to do them. Some of the greatest athletes in the world have benefited from Jake’s system. These custom workout sessions usually cost up to $150 a session, you will be receiving 3 per week for as little as $9.99. | |||
