Xtreme Couture Lifestyle’s athletic performance training program is designed for athletes of any sport, not just MMA.  Slow, powerful strength is irrelevant in sports today.  This program is designed to improve speed/strength, explosiveness, balance, and coordination. This program is going to focus on functional training relevant to athletic competition.  These are the same exercises and the same programs used by many of today’s top Mixed Martial Art fighters here at Xtreme Couture.


The athletic performance program uses the same ideas behind our at-home program but takes it to the next level. The exercises are tailored to athletes looking to get the most out of their workouts. This is not a body building program, instead its functional training designed to simulate the same explosive movements and activities used during competition by athletes of any sport.

In order to use this program, you will need access to a gym with a full free-weight area, a Swiss ball and a resistance band.  This program revolves a lot around mulitjoint movements (Olympic lifting), so you must have an area to perform cleans, snatch’s, jerks etc.
